Point of sales Terminal has no power/not On
Cause: Sometimes location may experience power outage, or
someone may accidentally unplug the power by mistake.
Troubleshooting and solution:
1) Please
check if power adapter and power outlet have power and connectors are securely
plugged in. Make sure Power button is pressed. Power button is located at
bottom right hand corner underneath the screen.
Or
2) Unplug
the power cord behind the POS terminal (Green Plug) and plug it back in firmly.
Power on system by pressing the power button.
