Receipt printer is not printing

Cause: Printers may lose connection with the POS terminal or ran out of paper/paper jammed.

Troubleshoot and solution: 1) Unplug power connector on printer and reconnect it. Make sure all cables connected to printer are connected firmly. Make sure the router which the printer is connected to has power and all lights are green.
2) Open up printer door and see if it is lack of paper or have any paper jammed.
3) Make sure paper feeding direction is correct. (Feed from top down)
