Label printer is not printing

Label printer is not printing

Cause: Printers may lose connection with the POS terminal or ran out of label/label jammed

Troubleshoot and solution: 1) Unplug power connector on printer and reconnect it. Make sure all cables connected to printer are connected firmly. Make sure the router which the printer is connected to has power and all lights are green.
2) Open up printer door and see if it is lack of labels or have any label jammed.
3) Make sure the Label feeding direction is correct and not reversed. Make sure label is fed top down through the holding brackets.
